PUBLIC WELCOME
This is a meeting in public of the District Library Trustees for the purpose of conducting the District Library’s business. It is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is time for public participation during the meeting as indicated on the agenda. Such participation should be limited to 3 minutes per comment. Anyone desiring to speak longer should submit a request in writing to either the Library Director and/or the Board President, at least 5 days in advance, to be placed on the agenda. Such a request should include the name and address of the participant, the group affiliation (if and when appropriate), and the topic to be addressed.
